Wraparound Care

Our wraparound care is designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for your children,
offering a seamless transition between home and school. Whether you need an early start to the
day or reliable care after school, we are here to support your family.

Mrs Kincairns is the manager of the provision and lots of our LSAs support the provision in the role as playworkers.

Our breakfast club runs from 7:30am to the start of school.

Late club runs from 3:15pm to 6:00pm, with the option of a reduced price if collection is by 5:00pm.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We highly recommend booking early to secure your preferred days.

Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare

If you are intending to pay with childcare vouchers, please can you let the school know immediately
which provider you are with. This means that we will be able to register as a provider with them.

Booking breakfast club and wraparound care places

• Log into the Arbor App Portal (if you need your details for this, please email the school office)
• Click on the child that the place is for
• Click on clubs
• Scroll down to ‘Can be registered for these clubs 26/27’ and click on it
• Click on the relevant provision and then click on ‘Register for this club’
• Choose membership period and select all the dates that you’d like and press next
• Choose the time period*
• Click Register.

* If you require some wraparound care slots to finish at 5pm and some to finish at 6pm, you will need to book all the 5pm slots separately and then book all of the 6pm slots.
