Our EARA (Equality and Rights Advocates) have had a wonderful start to their new roles. In our fortnightly meetings, we are able to talk, listen and share ideas to make our school a better place. The children are enthusiastic and never short of an idea! We have worked to outline what their roles are, how they are supporting the school and community and bringing the Children’s Rights to the forefront of everyone’s minds. This half term, the group have delivered an assembly, designed and made their own lanyards, run a school community treasure hunt and completed a learning walk to look at class charters. Over the next half term, we will be focused on gaining the Silver Accreditation for our school.
